Kathleen Morley, Partner, Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC

Kathleen is an experienced construction litigator who represents a wide range of industry clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction-related disputes and litigation. She counsels clients through all phases of both public and private construction projects. Kathleen prosecutes and defends complex, multi-million-dollar construction disputes, with significant experience in trial proceedings and arbitration. 

Clients rely upon her for support in drafting and negotiating contracts, bidding, administering contracts, and litigating or mediating disputes over unpaid work, delays, defects, inefficiencies, wrongful termination, and other project-related issues.

Robert O'Brien, Partner, Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC

Robert focuses his practice on complex commercial and construction litigation, representing subcontractors, material suppliers, general contractors, manufacturers, sureties, and developers in the mid-Atlantic region and nationally. He counsels clients through every aspect of trial and alternative dispute resolution, from pre-complaint and discovery through verdict or settlement, as well as post-trial motions and appeals. 

As a thought leader in the construction industry, Robert has drafted legislation and regulations at the state and federal levels and regularly presents on a number of legal topics, including construction claims and construction contract provisions, state and federal statutes, collecting judgments, and the use of drones on project sites.
