Description

We are surrounded by data everyday with more and more owners asking for more data to be delivered with each contract. Building Information Management, BIM, is one example of how data is being collected by contractors large and small. In this session we will engage with two leading healthcare organizations CHOP and UPENN Health System to talk about their ground-breaking projects and how they are using BIM to manage the information deluge. This discussion will talk about how they each plan on using the data in their FM Systems and how they are partnering with the contractors to get the best possible product.

George started his career in Mechanical Engineering and has been a Management Consultant for more than 25 years.  George has worked with fortune 500 firms and large public agencies to architect solutions around Asset Management, Electronic Content Management (ECM), Cybersecurity and Vital Records Management.

Mr. Broadbent’s philosophy is to understand the end state of the system and drive forward towards this end.  This information and systems driven approach allows for the creation of systems and processes that are not only successful but sustainable. Asset Management is fundamentally an information system and when you look at the system as a whole you can drive insights into the organization that allow for organization change and cost savings.
