CLC Hard Hat Tour & Happy Hour: Thomas Jefferson Specialty Care Pavilion

Description

Please join GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council for a hard hat tour of the Thomas Jefferson Specialty Care Pavilion project. This project is being built by a joint venture between GBCA members LF Driscoll and Hunter Roberts Construction Group.

The Specialty Care Pavilion, the latest addition to the rapidly growing Market East neighborhood, will be a 372 foot tall, 24 story tower featuring 426,000 square feet of medical office space.

After the tour hosted by LF Driscoll, attendees are invited to a networking happy hour at Top Tomato Bar & Pizza, (116 S. 11th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107). 

All attendees must wear the following PPE:

  • Hard Hat
  • Safety glasses
  • High vis vest or shirt
  • Boots (no dress shoes, sneakers, open-toed shoes, sandals, flip flops)

Individuals not attired in appropriate PPE will not be permitted to participate in the Hard Hat Tour. GBCA will provide hard hats, safety glasses and high visibility vests.

All attendees must submit a signed waiver to Meg Ginsberg at mginsberg@gbca.com by Tuesday, August 23, 2022.


The deadline to receive a refund for event registration is (7) seven business days before the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Registration Options

GBCA can provide PPE (Hard hats, safety glasses, and vests) for attendees who do not have their own. Attendees must wear boots. Anyone not in appropriate PPE will be denied entry to the jobsite.

All attendees must complete this waiver.
